No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by contacting us. Once your product began to be manufactured, items cannot be modified or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
If you want to change the shipping address, please send us an email as fast as you know it. Don't change it online, because we won't receive the modification for the current order (it will be available only for future orders).
An order may be cancelled on condition that no work has been completed for that order. When your order is completed, we will email you your order confirmation. You can track your order by login into your account, sending us an email or contacting us.
When your order is shipped out, we send you a Shipping Notification email. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation email. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (check your spam box if you don't receive our communications). Delivery will occur between Monday and Friday.

You will receive priority processing if you select Fast Production Delay during checkout. This means that your order will move to the front of the line to be handled immediately. Depending on the item(s) you order, this can reduce your processing time between 1-2 week, thus allowing your package to be shipped out faster.

As printing industry standards allow for underages of up to 10%, sometimes we will print slightly fewer pieces than you ordered.
