• The order must be made online and the payment must have been made and accepted.

• Your vector logo must be included when ordering.
• Orders must be done for catalog quantities, printed 1 color included in standard PMS, one location, depending on stock availability.
• Embroidery, debossing/embossing and laser engraving are excluded for this service.
• Be sure to submit a faultless command.
• Delays/Errors/Problems from the carrier are not included in the delay calculation and are not our responsibility.
• You must be available by phone to answer any additional question on your order, if you are unavailable to answer our questions, the delay will be changed.
• Public holidays and/or closed days don't count in the delay calculation.
