Impression911.com undertakes to produce a printed work whose content, presentation, price, and additional costs have been previously agreed upon with the client. Reproduction materials, including films or data processing, may be billed separately. Unless otherwise agreed, Impression911.com is not obliged to return films, data and their support, tools, or any other means of production.
Additional Fees
Additional fees incurred by the client or an intermediary agent in relation to the offer (design, touch-ups, corrections of documents and manuscripts, additional work on provided data media, as well as any errors in the documents submitted) will be charged separately.
Production and Delivery Deadlines
Production deadlines vary depending on the product and finishing. The production deadline starts when the final file is approved by the client and when Impression911.com has received full payment and it is approved. Production and delivery deadlines only bind Impression911.com if the necessary documents (files, text and illustrations, lithos, manuscripts or data media, proofs, etc.) are received within the set timeframe. Our commitment regarding deadlines starts upon receipt of the documents required by MaMurale.com and ends on the day the goods leave the company. Impression911.com is not obligated to meet the agreed production and delivery deadlines if the requested documents are not submitted within the set time frame.
If the deadlines are exceeded for reasons beyond the control of Impression911.com (longer transport times, lost parcels, equipment breakdowns, supply delays, loss of key employees, or any other cases of force majeure), the client cannot cancel the order or hold Impression911.com liable for damages and/or losses and/or interests resulting from this exceedance.
Sketches, Mock-ups, Graphic Design
The price of printing does not include additional fees for graphic design and/or corrections. Additional fees for any changes in typography, photo, or graphic visual for printing are the responsibility of the client. Payment for the first hour is required before work begins. Sketches, mock-ups, designs, layout projects, originals, and photographic work will be charged hourly even if no order is placed. Impression911.com is not responsible for non-conforming files or any additional costs and production/delivery delays that they may cause.

The client has full rights to files designed by Impression911.com's design team. Impression911.com backs up archives and can provide files designed by its design team to the client upon request. Data can be kept indefinitely. Impression911.com may require fees to transmit data at the client's request. These fees are payable before sending the data and are not subject to appeal.
Delivery Over or Under
Unless otherwise agreed between Impression911.com and the client, a margin of up to 10% for any printed product - over or under the ordered quantity cannot be challenged. If the client wishes to ensure the accuracy of the quantity, additional fees may be charged. In certain situations, an exact quantity is impossible.
Proofs
A proof by email may be sent to the client or his representative before sending the order into production and requires approval from the client. If the client wishes to have a paper or in-person proof (depending on the product), additional fees may be charged, and production and delivery times will increase significantly. In certain situations, no proof will be transmitted.
Material Provided by the Client
Impression911.com checks all files provided by the client before sending them into production. If everything is not compliant, Impression911.com will contact the client. All material provided by the client for the execution of their order must be delivered to Impression911.com. The client is solely responsible for damages resulting from inappropriate material (quality and quantity) if they choose to send their document into production without listening to Impression911.com's recommendations or making the necessary corrections.

Likewise, Impression911.com declines any responsibility for the quality defects of the printed product that result from data delivered by the client. Furthermore, Impression911.com assumes no responsibility for the loss of data files that have been delivered for processing. Its liability is limited to errors resulting from gross negligence. They must report any errors to Impression911.com and communicate them within the agreed time frame. Impression911.com is not responsible for errors not reported by the client. Corrections and modifications requested by phone or email must be confirmed in writing by the client or their representative within 24 hours, otherwise Impression911.com's liability will be released.
In cases where it is agreed not to present control and examination documents or if the client or their representative delivers films or data media directly without these control documents, the client or their representative is responsible for errors and bears all risks.
